Reynaldo “Reggie” Moreno was born on December 26, 1949 in Modesto. He was a resident of Riverbank and attended Oakdale High School. Soon after high school Reggie was enlisted into the United States Army where he served his duty in West Germany. Upon returning from the service Reggie became a skilled carpenter here in the Central Valley. After retiring from carpentry he enjoyed his life to the fullest.
Reggie was a dedicated grandpa and an avid Harley lover, who loved to play with his grandchildren. He took great pride in helping his family and friends with his handyman skills, and only when he was asked to would he give his words of wisdom. Reggie was a child of God and a firm believer in the faith of his creator.
Reynaldo Moreno entered into rest on Sunday, September 1, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and one brother. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, two sisters, two brothers, his daughters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at the Riverbank Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. and graveside service to follow at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon. In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations be made to a disabled veterans foundation.
