Teresa Mae Webb (Harper) unexpectedly passed away surrounded by her family on December 9th in San Francisco at the age of 79. Teresa is survived by her daughters Kathryn Barrale (Mike) of Modesto, Shelly Williams (Kevin) of Sacramento, Teresa Vincent (Rick) of Houston, TX, and Sandra Smith (Mike) of Coulterville, her brother Billy Harper (Betty) of Wilton, and Marvin Harper (Sue) of Hughson, 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, their husbands and wives, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. She was preceded in death by her husband Wiley Webb, her daughter Cindy Smith, parents William Floyd Harper and Lyda Ruth Harper, brother Leroy Harper, and sister Jackie Wagner.

Teresa was born on July 6, 1937 in Casa Grande, Arizona. She graduated from Oakdale High School and worked at Hunt Wesson Foods for many years. Teresa also had a brief career as a DJ. Teresa was a long time, active and dedicated member of the Church of the Nazarene (New Life Community Church) in Riverbank. She was a generous individual who loved everyone and was passionate about her family. She loved to dance and had a great sense of humor and was always ready with a witty comeback. Teresa lived in Riverbank for the last 52 years.

A memorial service is scheduled for Dec. 17th at 12 p.m. at New Life Community Church located at 6443 Estelle Ave., Riverbank, CA 95367. Pastor Paul Jewell will officiate the ceremony. There will be a reception at the church after the ceremony. If anyone wishes they may bring finger foods or dessert to share. The family would like to thank the staff of UCSF for their kind and compassionate care.
