In addition to voting for federal and state offices and ballot measures, Riverbank voters cast their ballots in District 2, where one term incumbent Cindy Fosi was challenged by newcomer Rachel Hernandez for a seat on the city council. The News went to press prior to the closing of polls on Tuesday; look for updated information on our website and Facebook as it becomes available.
