On Monday, March 13 at 2:35 a.m. deputies responded to Santa Fe Street and Callander Avenue due to a subject calling 911 stating she doesn’t know how to get home. The 45-year-old woman was subsequently arrested for being drunk in public. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Lindbrook Drive for a missing person report Sunday, March 12 at 10:29 p.m. The missing person is a client who had walked away from the facility at 5:45 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, March 11 at 5:40 a.m. deputies responded to the 2600 block of Topeka Street for a family fight. One subject fled the area and had a warrant issued for his arrest in connection with the incident.

Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Topeka Street on Saturday at 8:26 a.m.; the subject sought in the previous call had arrived back at the residence. He was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

During the evening on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. deputies responded to the 2900 block of Blacksand Creek Way for a report of terrorist threats. The investigation is ongoing.

On Friday, March 10 at 8:15 a.m. deputies responded to the 5400 block of Antique Rose Way for an argument between a contractor and a homeowner. The issue was determined to be civil. Deputies stood by to keep the peace while the contractor gathered what belongings he could and then left the area.

Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Briarcliff Drive for a family fight at 8:26 a.m. on Friday. A 43-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center where he was booked on the warrant.

During the afternoon on Friday at 3:55 p.m. deputies were in the area of the 3700 block of Iowa Avenue when they noticed a vehicle parked in the roadway. Deputies contacted a 57-year-old man; he was found to have an outstanding Ramey warrant out for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 8:55 p.m. on Friday deputies responded to Third Street and Sierra Street for a vehicle collision. During the investigation a 33-year-old woman was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

Later on Friday night at 10:15 p.m. deputies responded to the 2200 block of Claribel Road for the theft of a wallet and credit cards being used at El Pollo Loco. The investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday, March 9 at 1:25 p.m. deputies responded to the 2300 block of Patterson Road for a report of a delivery driver being assaulted. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for assault in connection with the incident. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 5:44 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to the Target parking lot for a hit and run. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to Aspen Lane for a family fight on Thursday at 7:06 p.m. and took a 34-year-old man into custody. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 9:44 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to Topeka Street for a family fight; a 19-year-old man was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

On Thursday at 10:54 p.m. deputies responded to the 2700 block of Topeka Street for a 9-1-1 hang-up with a male and female screaming. Once again deputies received no answer at the door. Nobody was seen at the residence. This is an ongoing issue with residents calling 9-1-1 and then not answering.
