Deputies responded to the 3500 block of Stanislaus Street for a family disturbance on Sunday at 9:21 p.m. A warrant was issued for one of the subjects involved. The investigation is ongoing.
On Saturday, April 1 at 9:51 a.m. deputies responded to the 5900 block of Terminal Avenue for a fight. A 42-year-old man was subsequently arrested for elder abuse. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
On Friday, March 31 at 7:26 a.m. deputies responded to the 6600 block of Estelle Avenue for a theft report. The investigation is ongoing.
At 9:57 a.m. on Friday deputies responded to Patterson Road and Oakdale Road for an injury vehicle collision. One subject was treated for abrasions to the face. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputies responded to the 3800 block of California Street for an assist to an ambulance on Friday at 6:10 a.m. A subject was walking near the school and had an injury to his face. The subject told ambulance personnel he tripped and hit his face on the curb causing the laceration. Law enforcement was not needed.
On Thursday, March 30 at 3:44 p.m. deputies responded to Oakdale and Patterson Roads for a traffic collision. The investigation is ongoing.
At 7:17 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to the 2700 block of Patterson Road for a subject that seemed confused. The subject was transported to his home and left in the care of family members.
On Wednesday, March 29 at 8:39 a.m. deputies spent time at Crossroads Shopping Center greeting business owners and employees as they opened for the day.
At 9:28 a.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 2600 block of Topeka Street for a family disturbance. The responsible party had left prior to law enforcement arrival.
At 10 a.m. on Wednesday deputies did extra patrol at Zerillo Park.
Deputies responded to the 2500 block of Patterson Road for a subject that appeared to be drunk on Wednesday at 12:28 p.m. Deputies contacted a 34-year-old man; he was taken into custody after a brief struggle for resisting arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus County Detention Center and booked.
On Wednesday afternoon at 3:59 p.m. deputies responded to Ulta for a theft. Deputies located the responsible vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and three people were taken into custody. Michael York, 48; Timothy Kelly, 67; and Jamie Walpole, 34, were arrested for grand theft and conspiracy. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
On Tuesday, March 28 at 2:03 a.m. deputies responded to a business in the 2200 block of Claribel Road for theft of beer. The business did not want to press charges and only wanted to report the incident.
Deputies responded to the 6100 block of Claus Road for a family disturbance on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. After investigation a warrant was put out for the arrest of one subject involved. The investigation is ongoing.
At 7:37 a.m. on Tuesday deputies responded to the 2200 block of Claribel Road for an open door at a business. The business was checked, and nobody was found inside.
