MONDAY, OCT. 16

1:08 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 5600 block of Greenoaks for a family fight. It was verbal only and the incident was documented.

1:21 a.m. – Responded to the area of Pocket and Litt for a vehicle collision. Through investigation, a 39-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:37 a.m. – Deputies responded to Riverbank Police Services for a report of a missing person. The missing person was found to have been transported to the hospital where they were being treated.

 

SUNDAY, OCT. 15

10:54 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 3700 block of Atchinson for a subject possibly under the influence. Due to high blood pressure the subject was transported to the hospital for treatment and the report will be forwarded to the D.A.’s office.

2:16 p.m. – Response requested at Home Depot for a subject switching price tags on items. The same subject had previously been in the store. The 45-year-old woman was arrested on multiple charges. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SATURDAY, OCT. 14

11:47 a.m. – Deputies responded to Holbrook and Pocket for vehicle collision.

2:05 p.m. – Responded to the 2300 block of Claribel for a vehicle collision.

4:38 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 5400 block of Corbett for vehicle collision. The parties exchanged names and law enforcement was not needed.

8:55 p.m. – Responded to Red Robin for a report of a stolen vehicle.

11:01 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 5200 block of Sire for a report of a restraining order violation.

11:11 p.m. – Response requested to the 6400 block of Sierra for a family fight. A 22-year-old woman was subsequently arrested for domestic violence. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 13

1:16 a.m. – While deputies were doing extra patrol in the Crossroads Shopping Center, they noticed a vehicle with two subjects near Target that have committed thefts before. Deputies did a traffic stop for expired registration, both subjects were on probation and searchable. Several burglary tools to defeat security tags, fake receipts, receipt paper and a printer were located. Jennifer Wilkins, 42, and Joseph Faulk, 34, were arrested for multiple charges. They were transported to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department and booked.

7:11 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2400 block of Claribel for a vehicle collision.

11:26 p.m. – Report of a fight between neighbors in the 3800 block of Texas. Deputies were unable to contact either party.

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 12

1:55 a.m. – Deputies did a traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle. The driver was contacted and through investigation was found to be driving under the influence. The 30-year-old driver was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked on several charges.

12:45 p.m. – Responded to Target to take a report for a theft that occurred on Oct. 8.

8:20 p.m. – Deputies responded to Home Depot for a theft.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 11

8:37 a.m. – Responded to the 3600 block of Santa Fe for a report of an unknown subject trying to steal a vehicle overnight.

10:42 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Creek Bend for a family fight.

12:50 p.m. – Assistance provided; deputies assisted main office deputies with contact of a suspect that violated a domestic violence restraining order. Jose Delarosa, 31, was arrested after a foot pursuit. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

1:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to Ulta for two separate thefts from the same subject within a day of each other.

3:07 p.m. – Surveillance conducted by detectives for a subject with an outstanding warrant in the 2800 block of El Roya. The man was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:19 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 600 block of Don for residential burglary.

 

Other Highlights

On Oct. 10, Community Resources Deputy Buck, Chief Ridenour and Sgt. Hickman met with Army Corp of Engineers at the river to access resources needed for river cleanup.

The Riverbank Wine and Cheese was October 14th and 15th. Deputies were on foot, bicycle and horseback working the event.
