Deputies in Riverbank responded to a variety of calls for service during the past week.

At approximately 8:40 a.m. on Saturday Nov. 13, deputies responded to a vehicle accident, blocking the roadway at the intersection of Patterson Road and Jackson Avenue. Deputies cleared the roadway and took a report.

Deputies were dispatched to a physical fight between two adult brothers on their front lawn in the 3500 block of Virginia Avenue on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 3:20 p.m. Deputies had prior knowledge one of the brothers, Osvaldo Aguinga, 40, had a felony want from the Ceres Police Department. Osvaldo was taken into custody and booked at the Public Safety Center without incident.

On Saturday at 7:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an intoxicated male in front of the CVS pharmacy, located at 2224 Patterson Road. Deputies contacted the 32-year-old man, who showed objective symptoms of intoxication. He was taken into custody and booked without incident.

On Friday, Nov.12, deputies stopped a vehicle in the 6400 block of Third Street for vehicle code violation. The driver, a 54-year-old man, was cited out for an outstanding warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a missing person from a Patterson Road location on Thursday, Nov. 11 at 5 p.m. Deputies took a missing person report and later located the female, walking on Oakdale Road.

On Monday, Nov. 8 at approximately 6:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2400 block of Claribel Road, on a report of a female subject who was extremely intoxicated and was with her two very young children. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the 40-year-old woman and she was found to be extremely intoxicated. She was arrested for multiple charges, including child endangerment, and driving under the influence and booked in the county jail without incident. The children were taken home by a family member.

At almost 10 p.m. on Monday, deputies were dispatched to a report of a major accident at the intersection of Claus Road and Claribel Road. Upon arrival, it was determined to be a minor injury accident. One person was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

Deputies were dispatched to an altercation in the Galaxy Theatre on Monday at approximately 7 p.m. The manager advised a subject was causing problems and appeared to be extremely intoxicated and had left the theatre with his children. Deputies located the 22-year-old man in the parking lot driving his vehicle with both children in the vehicle. He failed field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and child endangerment. He was transported to the county jail and booked.
