SUNDAY, DEC. 10

3:34 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Petco.

4:31 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 2400 block of Claribel.

11:44 p.m. – Traffic stop conducted by deputies for failing to stop at a stop sign. The 22-year-old male driver was subsequently arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SATURDAY, DEC. 9

12:50 a.m. – Deputies assisted CHP with a vehicle collision in the 2800 block of Glow Road.

9:09 p.m. – Noise complaint filed in the 3200 block of Riverside. Deputies investigated and cited a 26-year-old man after a citizen’s arrest form was signed by the victim.

 

FRIDAY, DEC. 8

2:40 p.m. – Deputies located a 26-year-old man in the 5700 block of Prince Norman. Deputies knew he had an active warrant and took the man into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center where he was booked on the warrant.

8:37 p.m. – Traffic stop conducted on a vehicle for not having lights on and failing to stop at stop sign. The vehicle did not stop, and a pursuit occurred. The Dodge truck stopped in San Joaquin County. A 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody. He was transported to the Stanislaus Juvenile Hall and booked.

9:02 p.m. – Restraining order violation report investigated in the 2900 block of Ross.

 

THURSDAY, DEC. 7

4:06 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 5400 block of Boardwalk for a possible in progress burglary. Deputies were on scene within three minutes. An extensive search of the residence including the attic, outbuildings and stored boats was completed with no one found.

7:09 p.m. – Violation of a restraining order reported in the 2900 block of Ross.

5:07 p.m. – Deputies investigated an assault in the 2200 block of Clock Tower. A 22-year-old man was subsequently arrested. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 6

7:17 a.m. – Deputies assisted CHP with a vehicle vs. a pedestrian incident on Oakdale Road south of Claribel.

10:33 a.m. – Report of annoying texts, emails or calls in the 6700 block of Seventh Street.

11:30 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 6200 block of Claus.

2:53 p.m. – Fight reported in the 3500 block of Sierra. A 25-year-old man was subsequently arrested for being drunk in public. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

4:11 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Roselle and Patterson.

5:07 p.m. – Theft investigation at Save Mart.

6:09 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Oakdale and Westgate.

8:36 p.m. – Assistance provided to CHP with a vehicle collision on Oakdale Road south of Claribel.

10:27 p.m. – Deputies investigated a subject trying to get inside a vehicle in the 3200 block of Topeka. The 35-year-old man was subsequently arrested for being drunk in public. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

Riverbank Traffic and CSO personnel participated in the Dec. 2 Cen-Cal Toy Drive event at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds.

CRD Buck, Chief Ridenour and the Stanislaus Sheriff Bomb Team participated in the City of Riverbank Christmas Parade on Dec. 9.
