Thefts, disturbances, collisions and a number of vandalism incidents kept deputies in Riverbank busy over the past week.
On Monday, Dec. 26 at 6:17 p.m., deputies responded to the 6600 block of Cervi Road for a family disturbance; one male subject was arrested for drunk in public, transported and booked into the Stanislaus Detention Center.
At 5:35 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 25, deputies responded to a family disturbance in the 5900 block of Thoroughbred Drive; the report was sent to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office.
At 6:38 p.m., deputies responded for a report of vandalism in the 2200 block of Patterson Road.
Early morning Christmas Eve day, at 1:07 a.m. on Dec. 24, a traffic stop was conducted for an unsafe turn that almost caused a collision. The driver, a 37-year-old man, was arrested for DUI, transported and booked into the Stanislaus Detention Center.
On Saturday at 5:25 p.m., deputies responded to a theft call at Ulta. The investigation is ongoing.
At 8:13 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle driving recklessly. The 31-year-old male driver was arrested for DUI, transported and booked into the Stanislaus Detention Center.
Friday, Dec. 23 at 11:59 a.m., deputies responded to a traffic collision at Claribel and Claus roads. One subject was evaluated for possible DUI.
On Thursday, Dec. 22 at 9:19 a.m., deputies served an arrest warrant in the 5800 block of Alton Court. A 26-year-old man was arrested without incident and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
At 11:46 a.m., deputies arrested a 30-year-old man after a traffic stop and probation search revealed meth and pepper spray in violation of his probation. He was transported and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
On Thursday at 12:56 p.m., deputies were doing a parole compliance check in the 6000 block of Deep River Court after a traffic stop. They located Brenna Ambalong, 31, who was determined to have a felony warrant. Ambalong was transported and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
Deputies responded for a theft report in the 3600 block of Kentucky at 1:59 p.m. Thursday. There is no suspect information or leads.
At 6:33 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded for a report of vandalism at Patterson Road and Oakdale Road. A 28-year-old man was arrested after the victim signed a citizen’s arrest. The suspect was transported and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
On Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 10:55 a.m., deputies delivered the rest of the Christmas gifts gathered for 11 families from Shop with a Cop.
At 12:44 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a traffic collision in the 3500 block of Atchison. One subject was transported to Memorial Medical Center by AMR.
Deputies took a report of a burglary in the 3700 block of Nevada at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday. There are no suspects or leads.
At 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to Ulta for a grand theft report. The investigation is ongoing.
Following a traffic collision, non-injury, at 6:36 p.m. Wednesday at the 108 Sports Lounge, deputies conducted field sobriety tests and ultimately arrested a 51-year-old woman for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
At 7:57 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a family fight in the 7000 block of Prestwick; determined to be verbal only.
