MONDAY, DEC. 1
3:43 a.m. – Deputies assisted ambulance personnel with locating a person that had called asking for an ambulance. Paramedics transported the subject to a local hospital.
SUNDAY, NOV. 30
2:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision in the 6600 block of Callander.
8:19 p.m. – Report of an assault investigated by deputies in the 2200 block of Claribel.
SATURDAY, NOV. 29
10:52 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft from a vehicle in the 2400 block of Saxon Way. The victim’s wallet was stolen from his unlocked vehicle. Later in the shift, the victim was notified that his credit card was rejected at a gas station in Modesto. Deputies were able to get surveillance from the store and identify the suspect. The suspect’s photo was passed on to deputies from the Mounted Unit who were doing extra patrol in the Crossroads Shopping Center. The Mounted Unit Deputies recognized the suspect walking around the shopping center and detained him. An adult male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a credit card.
4:50 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision investigation at Oakdale Road and Freddi Lane.
FRIDAY, NOV. 28
1:20 a.m. – Traffic stop attempted by deputies on a vehicle near McHenry Avenue and Kiernan Avenue. The vehicle was occupied by two subjects and fled leading deputies on a pursuit into Modesto. The suspect crashed his vehicle near Coffee Road and Claratina Avenue. Deputies were able to locate both suspects in the backyard of a nearby residence and took both suspects into custody. The passenger was determined to be a juvenile and was released to a parent. The driver was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for evading a peace officer, hit-and-run, and resisting arrest.
3:18 p.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision at Roselle Avenue and Patterson Road.
5:29 p.m. – Assist to CHP on a non-injury vehicle collision on Claribel Road in front of Raising Canes in the eastbound lanes.
THURSDAY, NOV. 27
8:13 a.m. – Deputies contacted a female who had previously been reported missing at a care home in the 2600 block of Patterson Road. She was confirmed to have returned to the care home, and she was removed from the missing person system.
9:37 a.m. – Vandalism investigation in the 6500 block of Bowing Court.
12:28 p.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury hit-and-run vehicle collision in front of Save Mart.
11:07 p.m. – Family disturbance investigation in the 2400 block of Saxon Way.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 26
6:55 a.m. – Deputies assisted CHP with a solo vehicle collision on Claribel between Machado and Oakdale in the eastbound lanes.
9:59 a.m. – Commercial burglary reported, investigated by in the 2500 block of Patterson Road.
2:58 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a possible sexual assault at an unknown location in Riverbank. The reporting party was a mandated reporter; however, the potential victim was uncooperative with deputies.
3:22 p.m. – Follow-up by deputies regarding a theft investigation the previous day at Target. Deputies contacted the suspects in the city of Waterford and took them into custody. An adult male and an adult female were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for shoplifting and conspiracy.
10:55 p.m. – Extra patrol conducted by deputies near Terminal Avenue and Claribel Road for a possible transient encampment. An adult male was contacted and was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
