SUNDAY, DEC. 28
4:18 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 3300 block of Stanislaus.
SATURDAY, DEC. 27
12:58 p.m. – Theft investigation by deputies at Target. An adult female was arrested for shoplifting. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
3 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a sexual assault in the 5900 block of Newbrook Drive. Deputies arrested an adult male for lewd acts with a child. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
6:09 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision investigated at Oakdale Road and Freddi Lane.
8:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft of a cell phone at Costco. The victim was able to ping his phone to an address in Modesto. Deputies were able to make contact at the residence and recover the victim’s cell phone. A report was forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges.
FRIDAY, DEC. 26
12:17 p.m. – Fraud investigation in the 5900 block of Terminal Avenue.
3:56 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult male was arrested for shoplifting. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
5:21 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision at Morrill Road and Oakdale Road.
8:01 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 5900 block of Newbrook Drive.
THURSDAY, DEC. 25
10:53 a.m. – Family fight investigation by deputies in the 3900 block of Patterson. One male adult left the residence prior to deputies’ arrival. A warrant was issued for his arrest for domestic violence.
6:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to assist on a report of a subject that wasn’t breathing. The subject passed away after life-saving attempts were unsuccessful. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office responded and took over the investigation.
9:44 p.m. – Deputies investigated a burglary at Poke Bowl.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 24
1:56 a.m. – Check by deputies on a vehicle at Zerillo Park during dark hours. The occupant of the vehicle, an adult male, was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
4:06 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 6000 block of Terminal. One male adult was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
11:12 p.m. – Investigation by deputies into a report of an assault in the 2200 block of Colony Manor. The person responsible left prior to deputies’ arrival.
11:22 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 1800 block of Hot Springs. One adult male was arrested for elder abuse and assault. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
