MONDAY, DEC. 2

8:39 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of vandalism in the 3700 block of Kentucky.

10:04 a.m. – Theft investigated by deputies at Save Mart.

3:43 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Ulta.

6:16 p.m. – Hit and run vehicle collision investigated by deputies in the 5200 block of Squire Wells.

10:20 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2500 block of Patterson.

 

SUNDAY, DEC. 1

11:10 a.m. – Deputies observed a subject in the Save Mart parking lot with stolen property. An adult male was cited out for giving a false name to a peace officer.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 30

4:12 a.m. – Family disturbance investigated by deputies in the 2500 block of Novi Drive. An adult female was arrested for domestic battery. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

12:34 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 3000 block of Atchison Street.

2:15 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision investigation at McDonalds. Deputies facilitated a name exchange between the drivers.

4:47 p.m. – Deputies investigated a physical fight between several subjects at Country Manor Drive and Jackson Avenue. None of the parties involved wanted to pursue criminal charges and the incident was documented.

10:43 p.m. – Physical fight at the Antigua Event Center investigated by deputies.

 

FRIDAY, NOV. 29

1:37 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 3000 block of Powers Avenue. An adult male was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

9:04 a.m. – Minor injury vehicle collision at Patterson and Oakdale roads.

10:53 a.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision in the parking lot of Save Mart. Deputies facilitated a name exchange between the drivers.

11:27 a.m. – Theft reported at Home Depot.

12:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 5500 block of Gable Court. An adult male was arrested for a restraining order violation. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:50 p.m. – Theft investigation by deputies at Home Depot. An adult male was arrested and issued a citation for shoplifting and possession of burglary tools.

 

THURSDAY, NOV. 28

7:10 a.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision at Oakdale and Patterson roads.

9 a.m. – Family disturbance in the parking lot of Target based upon a child custody dispute. A report was taken and is being forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for review of charges.

9:56 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a possible DUI driver being followed by a citizen near Claribel and Oakdale roads. Deputies were able to make contact with the driver who was determined to be intoxicated. An adult female was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:03 p.m. – Family disturbance investigation in the 2600 block of Stanislaus Street.

 

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 27

10:32 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a train vs. a pedestrian near the intersection of Patterson Road and First Street. It was confirmed that a pedestrian had been hit by a train near the intersection and was confirmed deceased. The Coroner’s Office responded to assist with the investigation.

2:55 p.m. – Minor injury vehicle collision investigated by deputies at Saxon Way and Squire Wells Way.

5:41 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision in the 1800 block of Hot Springs Lane. One of the involved parties displayed signs of being intoxicated. He was ultimately arrested for DUI and outstanding warrants. The adult male had to be transported to a local hospital due to injuries he sustained during the collision. He was ultimately issued a citation in lieu of being booked into the Stanislaus Detention Center.

8:57 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision investigated in the 6300 block of Roselle Avenue.

10:07 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 7000 block of Royal Links Drive. An adult male was arrested for being drunk in public. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
