MONDAY, FEB. 23
5:58 a.m. – Deputies investigated a subject inside of a car that was running in the driveway of a residence in the 3100 block of Riverside. Through investigation one male adult was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
SUNDAY, FEB. 22
1:50 a.m. – Subject on bike stopped for having no lighting equipment during dark hours at Eighth and Arizona. One male adult was arrested for drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:54 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigated by deputies at Soares and Roselle.
SATURDAY, FEB. 21
12:57 a.m. – Family disturbance investigation in the 4200 block of California Avenue.
1:55 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a suspicious person standing in the roadway at Eighth Street and Belgian Drive. An adult female was contacted and determined to be heavily intoxicated and unable to care for herself. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
6:51 p.m. – Investigation into a family disturbance in the 3100 block of Riverside Drive. A domestic violence incident was determined to have occurred. The suspect fled the scene prior to deputies’ arrival. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
7:50 p.m. – Security check conducted in the 5600 block of Aspen Court. No crimes were committed, and no law enforcement action was taken. The incident was documented.
9 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult male was arrested for shoplifting. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
FRIDAY, FEB. 20
12:20 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision reported in the parking lot of Crossroads West.
1:07 p.m. – Deputies investigated a minor-injury vehicle collision at Atchison Street and First Street.
4:20 p.m. – Security check in the 6200 block of Claus Road. A juvenile was subsequently transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
5:04 p.m. – Lost property report at Third and Atchison streets.
6:13 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Home Depot. An adult male was found to have stolen over $2,600 of merchandise. He was arrested for grand theft and theft with prior convictions. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:33 p.m. – Warrant service conducted by deputies in the 6200 block of Eagle Ridge Drive. An adult female was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:45 p.m. – Theft investigation at Target. A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting. He was released to a parent, and the case was forwarded to the Juvenile District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
9:35 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft from Target. Two adult males were arrested for shoplifting. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
THURSDAY, FEB. 19
3:55 a.m. – Deputies responded to a person who had passed away. There were no signs of foul play. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office released the person to a funeral home of the family’s choice.
1:13 p.m. – Family fight investigation in the 6100 block of Claus. One female adult was arrested for domestic violence and other charges. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
2:21 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a student sharing photos with an adult on Heritage Manor.
4:10 p.m. – Hit and run vehicle collision investigated by deputies. The vehicle responsible was located and the driver was found to be driving under the influence. The adult male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 18
9:01 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at Claus and California.
7:01 p.m. – Investigation into a hit and run vehicle vs. pedestrian at Patterson and Tina.
