SUNDAY, MAY 5

1:09 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Roselle Avenue and Rocky Lane. The involved parties exchanged names; law enforcement was not needed.

11:38 p.m. – While conducting a traffic stop, deputies discovered an adult male in the vehicle was on parole. He was found to have drug paraphernalia and illegal drugs. The male was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SATURDAY, MAY 4

12:15 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2500 block of Promenade Way.

8:12 a.m. – Investigation into a verbal disturbance at Jacob Myers Park. An adult male was trespassed from the park. He later returned to the park and was arrested for trespassing after continuing disturbances. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center.

8:32 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight at Jacob Myers Park. An adult male was arrested for domestic violence and booked into the Stanislaus Detention Center.

11:59 a.m. – Non-injury traffic collision investigated at Claribel Road and Roselle Avenue.

3:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2600 block of Topeka Street.

7:27 p.m. – Runaway juvenile reported in the 2400 block of Country Manor Drive. Deputies were able to locate the juvenile and reunite him with family.

 

FRIDAY, MAY 3

12:12 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2800 block of Turpin.

6:29 a.m. – Family fight investigation near the intersection of Iowa and Terminal.

6:56 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2500 block of Channel Drive.

11:22 a.m. – Family fight reported near the intersection of Terminal Avenue and Kentucky Avenue.

11:37 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2600 block of Topeka Street. An adult female was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center.

12:27 p.m. – Non-injury traffic collision reported at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Freddi Lane.

2:43 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a three-year-old child who was found walking alone near the area of High Street and Third Street. Deputies were able to locate the child’s mother a couple of houses away and reunite them.

10:16 p.m. – Traffic stop conducted by deputies at Atchison and Eighth streets. A caller had reported the vehicle driving all over the roadway and the driver possibly intoxicated. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center for DUI.

 

THURSDAY, MAY 2

9:16 a.m. – Deputies investigated a security check of an adult male in the 1900 block of Red Rock Lane. The male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for possession of an illegal knife.

10:34 a.m. – Detectives conducted surveillance of a subject wanted for a shooting. At 3:37 p.m., the subject left his residence in Modesto and was taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop. The male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked on various charges.

4:24 p.m. – Family fight investigated at Claus and Sierra. A warrant was issued for an adult male for domestic violence.

5:33 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight in the 2600 block of Sierra. Two subjects were interviewed with one subject being uncooperative.

6:33 p.m. – Fight reported in the parking lot of Panda Express. When deputies arrived all of the subjects were gone. The two victims went to Doctors Medical Center and provided descriptions of the responsible people.

10:49 p.m. – Deputies investigated a strong-armed robbery at Save Mart.

11:15 p.m. – Report of an assault with a deadly weapon investigated by deputies. One male adult was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
