With hot weather blanketing the region, deputies with the Riverbank Police Services handled a number of calls in the past week including DUI, collisions, and disputes.

On Sunday, June 26 at 5 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2700 block of Patterson Road on a solo vehicle accident. Witnesses stated the driver of the vehicle was trying to flee the scene. Deputies contacted a 23-year-old woman who identified herself as the driver of the vehicle in question. She was found to be driving under the influence and was arrested without incident.

At 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, deputies were dispatched to the 3100 block of Sierra Street on a physical fight. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a drunk female who was the catalyst of the disturbance. All parties were separated, and the female was taken home by her mother.

Later Sunday night at 8:36 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2500 block of River Cove Drive on a report of a domestic incident that occurred over six months ago. The investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, June 25 at 8:30 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a dispute at the River View Garden apartments. Eric Shirley, 32, was arrested leaving the complex, as he is on Stanislaus County PRCS. He was arrested on a felony count in connection with the dispute along with flash incarceration and driving on a suspended license due to DUI.

Deputies observed Delbert Montgomery III, 24, driving a dirt bike through downtown Riverbank on Saturday at 9:40 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted, and Montgomery was found to be on searchable probation for residential burglary and out on bail for another residential burglary. A compliance search resulted in officer locating methamphetamine. Montgomery was booked in county jail.

At 3 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to the report of a restraining order violation in the 6100 block of Roselle Avenue.

During the afternoon on Saturday at 4:56 p.m., deputies were dispatched to Patterson Road and First Street on a hit and run accident. No injuries were reported.

On Friday, June 24 at 6 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a grand theft in the 6100 block of Falcon Ridge.

At 7 a.m. on Friday morning, deputies located a stolen phone from a previous theft. Dylan Stitt was arrested for possession of stolen property, grand theft, and criminal conspiracy.

Also on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a violation of a court order in the 3600 block of Nevada Avenue.

At 8:40 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a grand theft in the 6300 block of Roselle Avenue.

On Thursday, June 23 at 12 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a felony vandalism in the Target parking lot. The victim followed the suspect to the Target parking lot, after a road rage incident. The victim got out of her car to yell at the suspect. The suspect got out of her car and reportedly caused felony damage to the victim’s vehicle with her hands and feet. The investigation is ongoing.

At 12:13 p.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to the report of a court order violation in the 2700 block of Glow Road.

Deputies observed a 52-year-old man known to them in downtown Riverbank on Thursday at 4 p.m. The subject had two outstanding Riverbank arrest warrants. He was arrested and booked at county jail.

During the afternoon on Thursday at 4:40 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a grand theft of a cell phone at a store in the Crossroads area.

At 5 p.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to the report of a restraining order violation in the 2600 block of California Avenue.

Deputies observed possible shoplifters leaving a store in the Crossroads area on Thursday at 6 p.m. Alyssa Delosangels, 33, was detained and found to have a domestic violence warrant. She was arrested and transported to jail.

On Thursday at 8:50 p.m., deputies responded to the report of criminal threats in the 7000 block of Turnberry Lane.

On Wednesday, June 22 at 7 a.m., deputies responded to the report of an identity theft in the 3200 block of Sutton Road.

At 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to the report of a hit and run traffic collision, property damage only, at the intersection of Patterson Road and Jackson Avenue.

On Tuesday, June 21 at 1:17 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Morrill Road and Bordona Drive on a non-injury motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were dispatched to Howard Road and Coad Lane on an injury hit and run accident on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. The suspect vehicle blew a stop sign and collided into the victim’s vehicle and then fled the scene. The suspect vehicle was located several blocks away and the driver, a 24-year-old man, was taken into custody without incident.

At 3:56 p.m. on Tuesday, deputies were dispatched to Roselle Avenue and Glow Road on a two vehicle non injury accident.

On Tuesday night at 8 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a vandalism in the area of Highway 108 and Claus Road.

On Monday, June 20 at 9:41 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Claus Road and Claribel Road on a hit and run incident. The suspect vehicle fled the area and no injuries were reported.

Detectives located a suspect that was wanted for embezzlement on Monday. Melanie Oneto, 39, was arrested and transported without incident.

Also on Monday, detectives were following up on a previous grand larceny that had occurred at a store in the Crossroads. During the investigation, the suspect, a 33-year-old woman, was arrested for possession for sales of narcotics. The theft investigation is still ongoing.
