SUNDAY, JULY 9
8:04 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 3700 block of Kansas for a report of fight. A 29-year-old woman was arrested for drunk in public. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:17 p.m. – Report of a stolen vehicle in the 2900 block of Patterson.
SATURDAY, JULY 8
1:12 a.m. – Deputies responded to Fourth and Santa Fe for a hit and run. A vehicle hit a fire hydrant. The investigation is ongoing.
3:04 a.m. – Vehicle collision reported in the 2700 block of Patterson. The investigation is ongoing.
4:05 a.m. – Report of a vehicle collision in the 6400 block of First Street. An 18-year-old was subsequently arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
5:48 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2800 block of Ward for a report of a stolen vehicle.
FRIDAY, JULY 7
7:57 a.m. – Responded to Patterson Road for a sexual battery report. The investigation is ongoing.
9:48 a.m. – Deputies located an occupied stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Patterson. The solo occupant, identified as Preston Miesner, 40, was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
THURSDAY, JULY 6
6:52 a.m. – Deputies responded to Claus and Patterson for a vehicle collision. There were no injuries reported.
11:18 a.m. – Petty theft report taken in the 3400 block of Topeka.
6:13 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance report in the 2100 block of Patterson; the investigation is ongoing.
8:18 p.m. – Deputies responded to Eighth Street for a reported fight. Juan Navarro, 31, was contacted and found to be on parole. During a search he was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. He was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center, and booked.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 5
9:28 a.m. – Responded to the 2100 block of Candlewood for a fraud report.
1:28 p.m. – Deputies, with help from the Stanislaus County K9 Association, delivered a new bicycle to a young man who had his bicycle stolen earlier in the year.
8:59 p.m. – Traffic stop conducted and deputies discovered the 54-year-old man driver had a warrant for his arrest. He was given a citation with a new court date and released after signing the promise to appear.
11:11 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 6400 block of Palmer for a family fight. A 31-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
TUESDAY, JULY 4
6:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to Landon and South Rose Brook for a vehicle collision. The investigation is ongoing.
7:01 p.m. – Disturbance reported, family dispute at Applebees; neither party wanted to press charges.
8:51 p.m. to 9:59 p.m. – Deputies responded to multiple locations and issued citations for illegal fireworks in the 5600 block of Chancellor Way, the 2400 block of Gallery, 2800 block of Buckskin, 5700 block of Chancellor Way, 5400 block of Flintridge, 3500 block of Burney, 5500 block of Hollyhock, 3500 block of Sierra and the 2400 block of Saxon.
10:20 p.m. – Deputies located a 42-year-old man and knew he had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center, and booked.
11:07 p.m. – Family disturbance reported in the area of Winners Circle and Kentucky. A 36-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
