MONDAY, JULY 29
11:45 a.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a subject shoplifting at Home Depot. The subject was detained trying to flee the scene on a bicycle. An adult male was arrested and booked for shoplifting.
9:22 p.m. – Family fight investigation in the 2500 block of Briarcliff.
SUNDAY, JULY 28
1:40 a.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a physical family fight in the 2200 block of McAllister Lane. An adult female was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence.
2:44 a.m. – Contact was made by deputies with a subject on a bicycle at Jacob Myers Park. The subject led deputies on a short pursuit and was safely apprehended. The adult male was arrested and booked for obstructing and violation of probation.
10:38 a.m. – Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Morrill Road and Squire Wells Way. An adult male was cited out for an outstanding warrant.
SATURDAY, JULY 27
3:12 p.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a physical family fight in the 2500 block of Novi Drive. An adult male was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence.
3:24 p.m. – Report of a subject passing bad checks in the 6200 block of Eagle Ridge Drive. A report was taken by deputies for identity theft and check fraud.
4:33 p.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a physical family fight in the 3900 block of Patterson Road. An adult male was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and vandalism.
FRIDAY, JULY 26
1:18 a.m. – Report of a fight; deputies investigated the incident in the parking lot of Galaxy Theatre. Three subjects were detained and interviewed. This is an ongoing investigation.
9:33 a.m. – Deputies were flagged down in the Target parking lot for the report of a found juvenile that was reported as a runaway missing person.
2:32 p.m. – Deputies recognized a subject wanted for felony domestic violence walking at the intersection of Eighth Street and California Avenue. One adult male was arrested and transported to county jail.
6:05 p.m. – After attempting to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Patterson Road, deputies were involved in a short traffic pursuit, and the suspect pulled into the Burger King parking lot. The suspect jumped over a fence, ultimately hiding in the attic of the restaurant El Rosal. An adult male was taken into custody and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and felony evading. An adult female was also arrested for obstructing a police investigation and booked at county jail.
7 p.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a theft in the Save Mart parking lot. A suspect stole the victim’s trailer hitch off his truck while he was shopping.
8 p.m. – Family fight reported; deputies responded to the 7000 block of Burning Tree Court. It was determined no crime occurred, but a report was taken to document the incident.
11:09 p.m. – Deputies responded to the report of a found two-year-old in the 5600 block of Rose Brook Drive. The parents were located and there was no evidence of negligence. A report was taken and CPS notified to document the incident.
THURSDAY, JULY 25
5:46 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 6000 block of Deep River. Two brothers punched each other but refused to press charges on one another.
6:14 a.m. – Theft reported at Chevron on Claribel.
11:30 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Morrill and Roselle.
12:03 p.m. – Fraud complaint investigated by deputies in the 6400 block of First Street.
4:35 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run in the 3100 block of Atchison.
6:47 p.m. – Theft by use of a stolen credit card reported at Home Depot. Following an investigation, two adult females were arrested on separate traffic stops. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:13 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Save Mart.
9:46 p.m. – Report of brandishing a weapon investigated by deputies in the 3100 block of Atchison.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 24
1:24 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run in the 6400 block of Oakdale.
6:05 p.m. – Vehicle stop conducted by deputies for a vehicle for driving recklessly at Eighth and Santa Fe. The driver was issued a citation for reckless driving and the vehicle was towed.
8:23 p.m. – Deputies investigated subject trespassing in the 6200 block of Howard. One male adult was arrested for violation of a court order and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
On July 25, Riverbank Police Services Detectives, Traffic and CRD conducted an Organized Retail Theft Operation.
