MONDAY, SEPT. 18

1:41 a.m. – Deputies responded to Claribel and Squire Wells for a vehicle collision. A 30-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:16 a.m. – Deputies responded to Santa Fe and Eighth Street for a vehicle collision. The parties exchanged names and law enforcement was no longer needed.

8:48 a.m. – Investigated a fraud complaint in the 3600 block of Castleberg.

 

SUNDAY, SEPT. 17

1:30 a.m. – Deputies did a traffic stop at Riverside and Fifth Street. A 53-year-old man was contacted as the driver of the vehicle and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:51 p.m. – Assist to Escalon Police Department in the 3100 block of Riverside with locating a responsible in a domestic violence incident. The responsible was located in the 3800 block of Patterson and turned over to Escalon PD. No crime occurred in Riverbank.

 

SATURDAY, SEPT. 16

9:57 a.m. – Deputies did community-oriented policing in the 2100 block of Morrill.

3:27 p.m. – Report of a theft in the 2400 block of Claribel. A 57-year-old man was arrested and cited for theft. He was released after signing a promise to appear.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 15

7:58 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 3800 block of California for a subject yelling profanity near the elementary school. A 46-year-old man was contacted and found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

12:07 p.m. – Missing person report in the 3600 block of Kentucky, elderly adult. The subject was located in Salida by family and law enforcement was no longer needed.

1:21 p.m. – Family disturbance in the 3900 block of Kansas for a family fight. A 36-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Oakdale. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

2:36 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 6100 block of Terminal for a vehicle collision.

8:55 p.m. – Traffic stop made at Kentucky and Terminal; deputies determined the 61-year-old man contacted during the stop had a warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:29 p.m. – Deputies did a traffic stop at First and Atchison. A 29-year-old man was contacted during the stop and arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 14

1:49 a.m. – Deputies did a traffic stop of a vehicle at Turpin and Roselle. The 47-year-old driver was arrested for outstanding warrants. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

1:10 p.m. – Responded to Save Mart for a theft that just occurred. The subject was gone when deputies arrived.

7:14 p.m. – Report of a suspicious person looking into vehicles in the Target parking lot. A 22-year-old man located on scene was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 13

10:34 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Topeka for an assault report.

11:08 a.m. – Family disturbance in the 5900 block of Homewood; it was determined to be a verbal argument.

12:39 p.m. – Deputies responded to the CVS for a theft report and returned to the scene for a second report at 1:03 p.m.

6:30 p.m. – Arrest made of a 24-year-old man after deputies responded to the 6000 block of Preakness for a family fight. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

9:56 p.m. – Deputies stopped a vehicle at Atchison and First Street after a be on the lookout was dispatched. Through investigation a 34-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

TUESDAY, SEPT. 12

8:49 p.m. – Deputies investigated a stolen vehicle located at Sierra and Eighth Street. The vehicle was recovered, and a report was sent to CHP for their case number.

 

MONDAY, SEPT. 11

6:19 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 2300 block of Patterson for a report of theft. The reporting party became uncooperative with deputies, walking away from them.

10:15 a.m. – Subject in the Riverbank Police Services lobby requesting assistance, wanting to surrender a shotgun to comply with a restraining order.

11:22 a.m. – Deputies responded to the Ulta parking lot for a vehicle collision. One subject had a complaint of pain.

12:10 p.m. – Hit and run investigation in the 2700 block of Topeka; ongoing.

12:38 p.m. – Theft report at Target.

7:24 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Topeka for a family fight. A 41-year-old man was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
