Oakdale will serve as the host site for the Presidents’ Weekend Soapbox Derby Rally, scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 14 and 15, featuring two days of competitive racing for youth participants.

The event, presented by the Northern California Soap Box Derby, will include three racing divisions and a double-elimination format each day.

This ‘Racing with the Presidents’ event is open to all ages.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. daily, followed by weigh-in and inspection from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Racing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.

Pre-registration is required. The cost is $35 per race.

The event will take place on Delano Drive near Wakefield Court in Oakdale.
