SOUNDS OF SILENCE
courtyard

The courtyard in front of the Administration building on the Riverbank High School campus is normally abuzz with students coming and going to classrooms, lunch, their lockers or to after school activities. These days, with the potential spread of COVID-19, classes have been moved off campus and into living rooms across the nation, and here, as well. Remote learning is the new watchword as students take to the internet to continue their studies. The potential return to classes seems to be moving further and further away, with no decisions yet on how the local school district will be finishing the year or hosting graduation.
