The familiar Girl Scout cookie boxes were on display and for sale outside the SaveMart in Oakdale this past weekend, with sisters Stella, 10, at left, and Sophia Poland, 11, on the job keeping the display organized and seeking customers. Multiple varieties of the cookies are available; booth sales continue through Sunday, March 15 and are being staged around the region. Assisting at the cookie booth was Oakdale Troop 3811 leader Nichole Anderson. Stella listed Peanut Butter Patties as her favorite variety while Sophia said she especially likes the Thin Mints.
