Construction progress is evident at the site of a developing medical center being built at the northeast corner of Third and Stanislaus streets in downtown Riverbank. While the exterior looks to be completed, especially since the scaffolding and fences came down, work remains on the interior. City officials have indicated the opening could come by mid-March.
