Work on Riverbank sidewalks continues, with new cement and curbs along Patterson Road. The construction improvements, begun a few weeks ago, are still underway, between the stop light at Callander Avenue, shown here, east to Roselle Avenue. Part of the plan to improve routes to and from schools in town, several blocks of sidewalks are being improved, as has been the case in other areas of town. Once the sidewalks are replaced, curb cuts at the intersections are installed, with ramps down to street level, compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
