JC Wilson, Store Director of the Riverbank Cost Less Market, far left, receives a Certificate of Welcome from City Council Member Stacy Call, on Thursday May 1. She represents District 4, with the store inside the district boundaries. The store is at 6331 Oakdale Road, in the site formerly occupied by O’Brien’s Market. Cost Less opened here almost a year ago, in June 2024. After the certificate was presented, Wilson cut a ribbon across an aisle inside the store. It was held by Riverbank Chamber of Commerce members, Olivia Arambula, left, and Darlene Barber-Martinez.
