Get some great soccer instruction and participate in competitive games through the upcoming mini-league program offered through the Riverbank High School Bruin boys soccer.

The soccer program will host a boys and girls mini-league as a fundraiser for the prep program. Registration is $50 and includes a team T-shirt, soccer ball, practices and participation in two games a Saturday for four consecutive weeks at Riverbank High.

Sign-ups are coming up soon, with the first slated on Friday, July 27 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Riverbank High School bus circle at Claus and Patterson roads. A second sign up, with the same hours and location, is scheduled on Friday, Aug. 3.

The teams will be coached by RHS athletes and the league is being offered to players from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Practices will start in August and the first league game day is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 1.

The league also has openings for $150 team sponsorships to be featured on the backs of each team shirt. For more information, contact RHS soccer coach Martin Gonzales at 209 380-4563.
