First Tee Program Fundraiser In August
Placeholder Image

The First Tee Central Valley is hosting a fundraiser to help keep the valuable youth program going at the Escalon Golf Course.

The special fundraiser tickets are offered at $10 apiece and the purchase of a raffle ticket gets you entered into their ball drop. On Saturday, Aug. 10 at noon, there will be a ball drop of up to 900 golf balls, the balls dropped via crane donated by American Crane Rental, Inc. to a hole on the driving range at Escalon Golf.

Ticket numbers will match those on the golf balls and the winner will be the one in the hole or determined to be closest to the hole.

Grand prize is a seven-day, six-night stay at Pueblo Bonita Resort, Los Cabos, Mexico (airfare not included) or $500 cash. Other prizes donated will be awarded based on distance from the hole.

Those participating need not be present to win. Tickets, $10 each, are available at the Escalon Golf Course and all proceeds will benefit the First Tee program for young golfers.
