Riverbank City Mayor Richard D. O’Brien will be hosting a meeting along with city staff members regarding improving downtown Riverbank. Topics will include roles and responsibilities and recommendations for a downtown revitalization committee. All interested are encouraged to attend the session on Friday, Sept. 16 at 8 a.m. at the Riverbank City Council Chambers, 6707 Third St.
