With the start of the school year coming up quickly, Jr. Bruin football players will begin their practices on Monday, July 31. Workouts will be held on the grass on the Claus Road side of the campus of Riverbank High School, according to team officials.
For the cheerleading squads, there's a mandatory cheer stunt camp set for Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 5-6, to be held at Stanislaus State University in Turlock.
The Jamboree, a round of short scrimmage games held before the season starts, set for Aug. 26 in Merced.
The regular season begins on Saturday, Sep. 2, at home against the Jr. Bulldogs of Ceres.
