SUNDAY, DEC. 21
3:07 a.m. - Deputies investigated a fight in the 2900 block of Stanislaus. One adult male was arrested on multiple charges. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:47 a.m. – Report of a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Sierra.
12:20 p.m. – Report of a violation of restraining order in the 6100 block of Kasper.
1:07 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision in the 3100 block of Atchison. Through investigation, one female adult was arrested for DUI. She was issued a citation and released after signing a promise to appear. A friend took responsibility for her and drove her home. Her vehicle was towed.
8:06 p.m. – Family fight investigation in the 5400 block of Regatta. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:57 p.m. – Deputies investigated an adult woman yelling in the bathroom of Galaxy Theatre. She was found to have two warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
SATURDAY, DEC. 20
12:13 a.m. – Report of a sexual assault investigated by in the 3900 block of Belgian Drive. The case is being forwarded to Detectives for further follow-up.
2:51 a.m. – Family disturbance reported in the 2500 block of Novi Drive. An adult male was arrested for domestic battery. He was transported and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
1:43 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle collision at Claribel Road and Squire Wells Way.
2:59 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 5900 block of Newbrook Drive.
7:57 p.m. – Warrant service in the 3100 block of Alpha Court in Modesto for a subject who had outstanding felony warrants. An adult male was arrested and booked at the Stanislaus Detention Center.
FRIDAY, DEC. 19
12:40 p.m. – Deputies investigated a juvenile disturbance in the 2400 block of Colony Manor.
2:13 p.m. – Theft investigation at Target. An adult female was arrested for shoplifting. She was released with a citation as she had no prior criminal history.
7:32 p.m. – Family disturbance in the 2200 block of Gallery Drive.
8:04 p.m. –Warrant service at a residence in the 6300 block of Chief Tucker Avenue. An adult male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:10 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target.
THURSDAY, DEC. 18
6:47 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target.
10:11 p.m. – Vehicle stop for vehicle code violations at Patterson and Third Street. Through investigation it was determined the driver was driving under the influence. The driver was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
10:16 p.m. – Deputies contacted an adult male walking in the cold without a shirt at Stanislaus and Third. The male was too drunk to care for himself and was arrested. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 17
5:45 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Claus and Davis.
10:20 a.m. – Deputies assisted Animal Control with capturing three dogs that had been abandoned in the backyard of a home in the 3700 block of Stanislaus.
3:48 p.m. – Assault investigation in the 4200 block of Labrador.
4:26 p.m. – Vehicle collision in the 2400 block of Claribel.
4:29 p.m. – Investigation of a vehicle collision in the 6300 block of Roselle.
8:18 p.m. – Family fight investigation; one adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
10:04 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway at Patterson and Callander. One female adult was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
