With the 2021 Trans-Valley League football season coming to an end for Bruin seniors a week ago, it was also the last halftime show for the cheerleader squad seniors. A new feature of the Ray Fauria Memorial Gymnasium on the Riverbank High campus this past volleyball season was a brand new digital scoreboard. It’s on the north end of the gym, above the glass windows to the lobby, and was used off and on during the last games of the season. It can also project slide shows and was used after the last varsity girls volleyball match to show a video compiled from still photos from the 2021 season. Senior players, along with their families, gathered to watch following the season finale. Ric McGinnis/The News
