With students returning for the new school year in Riverbank, the city’s Parks and Recreation Department is resuming operations at the Teen Center and its after school hours.

The Teen Center was to re-open starting on Monday, Aug. 11, to be open Mondays through Fridays, 3:10 p.m. to 6:10 p.m., on regular school days. It’ll be open 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on minimum days at school.

Parks and Rec officials invite students to come hang out after school, enjoy games, visit with friends and settle in to a safe, fun space just for teens.

The Teen Center is located at 3600 Santa Fe, across from Cardozo Middle School.
