Warrant Arrests Made By Riverbank Police

Riverbank Police Services officers have been patrolling the streets of Riverbank as they work to keep the community safe. Several warrant arrests have been reported during the past couple of weeks.

During the day shift on Monday, Feb. 5 a Deputy stopped a 20-year-old woman for a vehicle code violation near Colony Manor Drive and Oakdale Road. A records check revealed a warrant for her arrest. She was booked on the warrant.

The same day during the graveyard shift a Deputy observed a 49-year-old man, riding a bike near Atchison Street and Second Street. The Deputy recognized the man and knew that he had two warrants out for his arrest. The bicyclist was stopped without incident and booked on the warrants.

On Tuesday, Feb. 6 during the day shift a Motor Deputy stopped a vehicle near High Street and Second Street for a vehicle code violation. The Deputy suspected the driver was driving under the influence and conducted a field sobriety test. As a result, the 23-year-old male driver was booked for DUI.

During the graveyard shift on Tuesday, Feb. 6 a Deputy contacted a 26-year-old man near Shaefer Court and Nickels Court during an extra patrol request. A records check revealed a warrant for the man’s arrest. He was booked on the warrant.

A Deputy also on Tuesday night recognized a subject who had a warrant near Callander Avenue and Sierra Street. The 36-year-old man was taken into custody on the warrant and booked.

A 24-year-old man was contacted by a Deputy during the graveyard shift on Wednesday, Feb. 7 on Claus Road south of Claribel Road. He had multiple warrants for his arrest and was booked for the warrants.

On Saturday, Feb. 10 day shift Deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 3400 block of Stanislaus Street and a records check of a 21-year-old woman involved revealed a warrant for her arrest. She was booked on the warrant.
