U.S. Representative Jeff Denham (R-Turlock) has announced Mobile District Office (MDO) hours for the month of December, where 10th district residents can get help with specific casework or ask questions. Riverbank residents will have to travel to other nearby locations if they want to meet with the Congressman this month, as the holidays have shortened his schedule and the City of Action is not a scheduled stop for December.
The MDOs are hosted by staff and, when possible, by Rep. Denham. Staff members are available to assist 10th district residents with casework on matters including Medicare, Veteran’s Affairs, Social Security, the Internal Revenue Service and other federal agencies.
Residents can stop by MDOs in Oakdale or Escalon, with the Oakdale stop scheduled for Friday, Dec. 1 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at State Senator Tom Berryhill’s Office, 102 Grove Ave., Suite B, Oakdale. The visit is being hosted in conjunction with Senator Tom Berryhill and Assemblyman Heath Flora’s offices.
On Tuesday, Dec. 12 the Congressman is due to host an MDO in Escalon, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Escalon City Hall, 2060 McHenry Ave., Escalon, being held in conjunction with Assemblyman Heath Flora’s office.
Regular office hours are open to the public, and no appointment is necessary.
Congressman Denham represents California’s 10th congressional district, which includes Stanislaus County and a portion of San Joaquin County. He is the chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials and also serves on the House Committees on Agriculture and Natural Resources.
