March Activities Set At Riverbank Library

The Riverbank Library will host free programs for children and adults this March.

Story Time is offered each Monday morning at 10:30 a.m., continuing until March 28.

The public is invited to receive free tax preparation assistance from Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. VITA volunteers are trained by the IRS.

Call the library at (209) 869-7008 to reserve a spot, as space is limited. The last day for tax preparation at the Riverbank Library will be April 6.

The library will host a free Estate Planning Seminar on Thursday, March 10 at 4:30 p.m. Attorney Julie Richardson will review the basics of estate planning, including a discussion of all the documents needed, and other related issues to consider.

Children and families can enjoy a Rainy Day Craft on Tuesday, March 15 at 3:30 p.m. All craft materials will be provided.

The Riverbank Library Book Club will meet on Tuesday, March 22 at 4 p.m. to discuss Night Road by Kristin Hannah. Library book clubs provide an opportunity for community members to expand their knowledge of books through meaningful discussion with others. A limited number of books are available for checkout at the library’s circulation desk.
