MONDAY, MAY 11

2:59 a.m. – Deputies stopped a bicyclist for no lighting on his bike. The adult male was cited for possession of illegal drugs and released after signing a promise to appear.

8:29 a.m. – Riverbank detectives and deputies from the main office located a person wanted in connection with an attempted murder out of Mariposa County.

9:22 a.m. – Family fight investigation by deputies in the 6100 block of Claus. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3 p.m. – Deputies investigated a single vehicle collision in the 2300 block of Patterson.

3:16 p.m. – Identity theft investigation in the 2100 block of Patterson.

SUNDAY, MAY 10

9:50 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Santa Fe and Callander.

1:26 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Patterson and Jackson.

4:14 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 2200 block of McAllister.

7:37 p.m. – Hit and run vehicle collision investigated by deputies at First and Patterson. One adult male was identified and arrested for hit and run with injuries.

9:22 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 2700 block of Patterson.

SATURDAY, MAY 9

1:27 p.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision in the 1800 block of Claribel Road. Upon deputies’ arrival, the parties had already exchanged information, and no law enforcement action was needed.

3:35 p.m. – Family disturbance investigation, deputies assisted on scene just outside the city in the 6900 block of Langworth Road. The incident was determined to involve a domestic battery, and the suspect left the residence in a vehicle with their one-year-old child. Deputies were able to utilize Riverbank city cameras and located the vehicle in the area of Atchison and Seventh streets. The suspect was taken into custody, and the child was reunited with his mother. The adult male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:51 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 2600 block of Ward Avenue.

5:33 p.m. – Security check by deputies on a couple of kids left in a vehicle in front of a business in the Crossroads Shopping Center. The parent of the children came out of the business upon deputies’ arrival. The parent was lectured on her actions and the incident was documented.

6:01 p.m. – Deputies investigated a minor injury vehicle collision at Westgate Drive and Roselle Avenue.

FRIDAY, MAY 8

2:26 a.m. – Fight investigation by deputies in the 3500 block of Lloyd Court. The incident appeared to involve a mutual fight between two subjects. The incident was documented and forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office.

8:22 a.m. – Deputies investigated a minor injury vehicle collision at Atchison Street and Sixth Street.

4:59 p.m. – Investigation into possible fraud in the 5500 block of Prospectors Parkway.

10:58 p.m. – Deputies investigated a violation of a court order in the 5800 block of Engstrom Drive. It was determined no violation occurred, and the incident was documented in a report.

THURSDAY, MAY 7

8:04 a.m. – Hit and run vehicle collision investigation by deputies at Claus and Patterson.

4:18 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight at the Save Mart. One adult male was issued a citation for assault and released after signing a promise to appear.

5:13 p.m. – Investigation by deputies into a vandalism and residential burglary in the 2800 block of Donner Trail.
