The American Heart Association is hosting a free webinar for Central Valley employees on supporting mental resilience to support overall health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

October is National Depression and Mental Health Screening Month. This year has been like none other and almost every workplace has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The American Heart Association and local Healthy for Good sponsors Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and Dameron Hospital are offering a free webinar on supporting mental resilience during COVID-19 so employees can perform their best at work and at home during these unprecedented times. The webinar will be offered in English with Spanish subtitles.

This event is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27 from 11 a.m. to noon.
