A longtime favorite establishment, for decades a staple in downtown Riverbank, Nifty’s Diner reopened at its Atchison and Second Street location over the past weekend. The ‘mom and pop’ style diner has long been a favorite for breakfast and lunch. Like many businesses, Nifty’s also had to deal with the ravages of the on-again, off-again statewide closures caused by the COVID pandemic, On Thursday, they began cleanup work, and opened for business once more last Friday morning. They say the menu remains the same home cooked favorites they’re known for.
