Riverbank Christian Food Sharing received a large donation of 1,596 nonperishable food items from the collection done by the sixth, seventh and eighth grade students at Cardozo Middle School in Riverbank. All of the items will help replenish the shelves at the food bank and be given to residents of the City of Riverbank. RCFS truly appreciates the support of the students and their teachers in this very generous donation. Helping those in need is a great lesson for all of us and every food item will help someone in the community, said Food Sharing officials.
