Abby Rissetto, age 77, passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2026. He was born on June 18, 1948, and was a lifelong resident of Oakdale, California.

Abby devoted his life to farming, taking great pride in his work and his connection to the land. He was known for his strong presence, playful yet protective nature, and deep love for his family. He shared a devoted 43-year marriage with his wife Corinne, built on love and loyalty. A dedicated father and grandfather, he loved coaching and supporting his family at every event. Outside of family and work, Abby was a passionate New York Yankees fan who followed the team closely.

He is survived by his loving wife, Corinne Rissetto; his children, Heidy (Christian) Bowers, Rocky (Melissa) Rissetto, Nikky (Vinny) Pacchetti, Katy Rissetto, and Jenny Rissetto; and his cherished grandchildren, Callie Hanson, Olivia and Gaby Bowers, Parker and Aria Rissetto, and Sonny and Leo Pacchetti. He is also survived by his brother, Ray (Rebecca) Rissetto; his cousin, Jack (Linda) Rissetto; his mother-in-law, Marygrace Langford; his brother-in-law, Dan (Julie) Langford; and his nephew Ryan Rissetto, nieces Nikkole Swanson and Serena Rissetto, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Flora Rissetto; his son, Ryan R. Rissetto; and his daughter, Holly Rissetto Hanson.

The Holy Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, April 29 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1225 Olive Street, Oakdale, CA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. A reception will immediately follow at the Parish Hall. Private interment will be held thereafter.
