Billy F. Nelson, 80, of Riverbank died April 15 at Memorial Medical Center.
He was a native of Missouri. He lived in Riverbank for 65 years.
Mr. Nelson was a custodian at Modesto Junior College for 17 years.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Nelson of Riverbank; children, Janet Elmore of Wesley, Cheryl Nelson of Kansas; sisters, Wanda Wallace, Mari Lou Steely, Ginger Walker, Linda Armstrong, all of Riverbank; brother, Gary Nelson of Modesto; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held April 21 at Riverbank Memorial Chapel. A funeral service was held April 22 at Abundant Life - Christian Fellowship, Riverbank.
