Domingo John Toste, 86, of Modesto died Wednesday, Dec. 24 at his home.
Mr. Toste was a native of San Mateo. He lived in Modesto 70 years.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He was a dairyman and almond farmer for 75 years. He was a member of St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church, Riverbank.
Survivors include his children, Phillip Toste of San Jose, Alan Toste of Waterford, Nancy Toste Smith of Fresno, and Susan Toste Diel of Fresno; sister, Rena Pacheco of Modesto; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his spouse, Yvonne Toste.
Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 2 at St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church, Riverbank. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Modesto.
