Eduardo Salinas, of Oakdale born October 14, 1970, in Modesto unexpectedly passed away at the age of 51 on July 29. He leaves behind his girlfriend Irene Lomas, his mother Theresa Rodriguez, father Guadalupe Salinas and his wife Carmen, his brothers Victor and Joe Salinas and sisters Sandra Taylor and her husband Jason, Sylvia Gulledge and her husband Kelley, Elizabeth Salinas, stepsisters Angie Gomez, Amanda Adams and numerous family members and countless friends.

Known as Fast Eddie to his friends and family. Eddie spent most of his adult life working for Mike Fisher at U Seal Paving. When not working on the road, he helped create the beautiful setting at The Ozz Ranch on Stanislaus River. The last few years he worked with Naughty Squirrel Farms in Valley Springs. He was a dedicated hard worker who showed up early and gave his all. On his free time, he was fishing. He always had a pole and tackle box ready to go. He knew all the best fishing spots. He loved to be outdoors and exploring. He acquired and collected quartz, crystals, unique rocks, and anything that caught his artistic eye. He loved motorcycles and anything with wheels. He was MacGyver and could fix anything. He had one of the best laughs and smiles that lit up the room. His happiness was infectious! He was free as a bird, come what may! But most of all he had the biggest heart, was so giving and loved helping family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at 3 p.m. at The Ozz Ranch at 10149 Atlas Road, Oakdale, CA 95361.
