Jack “Curtis” Dunkin, age 61, passed away at his son Josh’s home on Friday, January 5, 2024, in Stockton, CA, surrounded by loved ones. Curtis was born and raised in Riverbank, CA, the son of Nora and M.T. Dunkin. He graduated from Riverbank High School in 1980 and valued the many friends he kept in touch with through the years. Curtis was passionate about Sports, especially the New Orleans Saints (NFL), San Francisco Giants (MLB), and NASCAR. When he wasn’t working, Curtis enjoyed camping at Clarks Fork where he could be found fishing or around the campfire.

Curtis is preceded in death by his parents, Nora Dunkin and M.T. “Jack” Dunkin. He is survived by his brother, Allen Dunkin, his children Joshua Dunkin (Lorraine), Jennifer Akers (Darnell), and Jack Dunkin Jr. as well as five grandchildren: Isiah Akers, Cayla Dunkin, Alexa Dunkin, Josiah Akers, and Savannah Dunkin and, his girlfriend Tracy Willis. The family will be holding a private service.
