Kimberlee Ann 'Kim' (Rose) Mitchell, 47, died peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 16 at her Riverbank home with her loving family at her side.
She was born in Modesto to Alfred and Willie Louise Rose. She was raised in Modesto.
She met John Mitchell in 1981 and they were married in 1984.
Mrs. Mitchell's love was helping people. She went to college and became a Registered Nurse working at her place of birth, Doctors Medical Center, for 18 years.
She and her husband traveled the world. They often traveled with her sister, Michelle's family.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 28 years, John Mitchell; son, John Mitchell III; daughter, Katelyn Rose Mitchell; sisters, Sharon Rose, Michelle Rose (Jerry) Utke; sister-in-law, Jan; brother-in-law, Marty; three nephews; two nieces; three grandnephews; and one grandniece.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 24 at Riverbank Memorial Chapel.
Remembrances may be sent to Hospice.
