Robert Warren Rickett, 82, died Wednesday, May 26 at his Oakdale home.

He was a native of Sidney, Montana. He lived in Fort Bragg for 27 years prior to moving to Oakdale four years ago.

Mr. Rickett served in the U.S. Navy.

He owned Coast Auto Repair, Fort Bragg for 27 years.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Rickett of Oakdale; children, Cheryl Rickett of Groveland, Robert Rickett, Jr. of Oakdale, Will Rickett of Yuba City, Ronald Rickett of Reno, NV; sisters, Shirley Marshall of Clarkston, WA, Betty Cosgrove of Joseph, OR; brothers, Russell Rickett, Royal Rickett, both of Oakesdale, WA, Roger Rickett of Riverbank; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Rickett.

Private services will be held.
