Virginia (Jody) Hall, 79, died Thursday, Jan. 16 in Oakdale.

She was born in Ava, Mo.

She attended Oakdale High School, Class of 1952.

Ms. Hall was a resident of Riverbank for 43 years. She was retired from Stanislaus County.

She is survived by her children, Regan Brooks of Riverbank, Mark Blakermore of Brentwood; grandchildren, Nicholas Navarro, and Alina Martinez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Elma Hall; sisters, Shirley Sanders, and Nadine Cordray.
