What began as a simple expansion project has experienced revisions and delays for the Riverbank McDonald’s outlet. At the corner of Oakdale and Patterson roads, the work was held back for six weeks by a need for a redesign of the heating/cooling system going into the new add-on. Revised plans and inspections have pushed back the project that was originally expected to finish before Christmas last year, according to the on-site construction supervisor. They now predict it’ll be completed by April. And, at the same time, he said, his company is building a brand new McDonald’s location in Waterford.
