On Monday, Feb. 20 at 1:21 p.m. deputies responded to Galaxy Theatre after people called regarding a subject down near the bus stop. Deputies contacted the subject who said he had just laid down while waiting for the bus. He required no medical attention.

At 2:11 p.m. on Monday deputies responded to Ulta for a theft report. The investigation is ongoing.

On Monday at 4:33 p.m. deputies responded to Target for a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

At 5:47 p.m. on Monday deputies responded to Target for a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

 

On Sunday, Feb. 19 at 10:49 a.m. deputies responded to Petco for a theft that had occurred. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Briarcliff Drive for a family fight on Sunday at 6:39 p.m. The argument was verbal only.

 

On Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2:03 a.m. deputies responded to Patterson Road and Oakdale Road for a vehicle vs. a pole. When deputies arrived the driver of the vehicle had fled leaving the vehicle behind.

Deputies and Probation Officers were conducting probation compliance checks in the City of Riverbank on Saturday at 9:28 a.m. Ruben Singh, 35, was located in the 5700 block of Rose Brook Drive. Stolen property, ammunition and burglary tools were located in Singh’s belongings. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked on multiple charges.

At 1:50 p.m. on Saturday, Deputies and Probation Officers were conducting probation compliance checks in the City of Riverbank. Joseph Boatman, 31 was found in possession of a fixed blade knife. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

On Saturday at 10:19 p.m. deputies responded to Callander Avenue and Topeka Street for a vehicle that hit the guardrail. Deputies located a 57-year-old woman after finding out she had switched places with the passenger. Once the investigation was complete, she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

On Friday, Feb. 17 at 2:38 a.m. deputies responded to the 3400 block of Atchison Street for a vandalism report. There is no suspect information.

At 3:39 p.m. on Friday deputies responded to the Kentucky Avenue and Terminal Avenue for an assault with a deadly weapon. One subject had injuries from being hit in the head with a hard object. A suspect has been identified and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle that was going approximately 110 mph on Friday at 8 p.m. The vehicle failed to stop, and a pursuit took place. AIR101 followed the vehicle from above and led deputies to where it parked in an apartment complex. The driver Adam McClanahan, 40, was taken into custody. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center where he was booked for DUI, the pursuit and reckless driving.

 

On Thursday, Feb. 16 at 12:40 a.m. deputies responded to the 3900 block of Townsend Avenue for a theft reported. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the 3700 block of Atchison Street for a brandishing of a weapon on Thursday at 9:06 a.m. A 22-year-old female was positively identified as the responsible. She was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 4:19 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to the 6600 block of Cipponeri Road for a family fight. The reporting party was a sister of one of the parties. Report was taken for documentation only.

Deputies responded to the 5200 block of Squire Wells Way for a possible drunk driver on Thursday at 7:10 p.m. A 31-year-old man was located in the Home Depot parking lot driving. After investigation, he was arrested for DUI, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center, and booked.

 

On Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 2:43 a.m. deputies responded to Stanislaus Street and Third Street for two subjects that appeared to be trying to jack up a car. Deputies checked the area and the subjects were gone.

At 8:17 a.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to Willow Creek Lane and Marsh Creek Lane for a subject living out of a truck parked in the neighborhood. Deputies contacted the subject who stated her truck broke down and she is in the process of getting a tow truck.

Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Iowa Avenue for a stolen vehicle parked on the street on Wednesday at 8:49 a.m. Deputies contacted James Haflich, 30 and Olivia Telles, 27 who were sleeping in the vehicle. It was determined they had been in possession of the vehicle since it was reported stolen. They were both transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked on multiple charges.

At 7:50 p.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 7000 block of Royal Links Drive for a fraud report. There is limited suspect information. The investigation is ongoing.
