Trespassing, traffic collisions and grand theft are a few of the calls for service that Riverbank deputies dealt with this past week in the City of Action.

On Sunday, Sept. 25 at 3:51 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2500 block of Courtney Court on a verbal argument. A 26-year-old woman was found to have an outstanding active warrant for her arrest. She was booked at the Public Safety Center without incident.

At 7:58 a.m. on Sunday, deputies were dispatched to the 2200 block of Claribel Road on a hit and run vehicle accident. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance at Galaxy Theatres on Sunday at 11:11 p.m. A 32-year-old man was arrested for trespassing on the business property. Galaxy management has had past dealings with the subject and he is not permitted to be on the property.

On Saturday, Sept. 24 at 9:30 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a disturbance at the intersection of Sierra Street and Second Street. An incident report was taken.

At 7 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to the report of a possible child sexual assault investigation in the city. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision with injuries in the 6300 block of Eighth Street on Saturday at 9:24 p.m. A 21-year-old man was riding an ATV around the streets of Riverbank while under the influence of alcohol. He collided with a parked vehicle and was subsequently arrested for DUI.

On Friday, Sept. 23 at 1:30 a.m., deputies observed a 30-year-old man throw meth and a meth pipe near the intersection of Claus Road and Patterson Road. He was cited out at the scene.

At 10:30 a.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a petty theft at Target.

On Friday morning at 10:55 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a grand theft at Ulta. This investigation is ongoing.

During the afternoon on Friday at 2:50 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a stolen vehicle in the 3400 block of Sierra Street.

On Friday at 3 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a hit and run traffic collision with property damage only, in the 3200 block of Santa Fe Street.

Deputies responded to the report of a disturbance at the River View Garden apartments on Friday at 3:30 p.m. An incident report was taken and a 42-year-old was cited out for possession of a meth pipe.

At 9:30 p.m. on Friday, deputies conducted a traffic stop for unsafe speed at the intersection of Claribel Road and Oakdale Road. Christopher Miles, 46, was found to be in possession of stolen Sheriff’s property. He was booked at county jail.

On Thursday, Sept. 22 at 1:15 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a grand theft at Kohls. The investigation is ongoing.

During the afternoon on Thursday at 2 p.m., deputies responded to the report of an accident, minor injuries, at the intersection of Atchison Street and Second Street.
