12:31 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Save Mart.

3:53 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Oakdale and Heartland.

SATURDAY, JAN. 6

7:58 a.m. – Deputies investigated vandalism in the 3000 block of Santa Fe.

2:07 p.m. – Theft report at Target; deputies subsequently arrested a 40-year-old woman. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:27 p.m. – Deputies investigated a subject with warrants in the 6200 block of Terminal. The subject was not located.

FRIDAY, JAN. 5

4:51 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run with injuries at Morrill and Roselle.

THURSDAY, JAN. 4

7:33 a.m. – Missing person report investigated.

7:43 a.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run in the 6000 block of Winners Circle.

8:14 a.m. – Traffic stop conducted at Sierra and Third Street. A 37-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:50 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vandalism in the 6300 block of Tina.

11:51 a.m. – Stolen vehicle investigation in the 2400 block of Claribel.

6:09 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run at Claribel and Roselle.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 3

3:09 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vandalism in the 5600 block of Cornerstone.

TUESDAY, JAN. 2

12:51 p.m. – Deputies assisted main office deputies with a wanted subject, spike strips were used on the vehicle and the subject failed to stop leading to a pursuit to the 6200 block of Claus where the subject collided with a fire hydrant. Kyle Garcia, 36, was subsequently arrested on multiple charges, outstanding warrants and being a parolee at large. A firearm was recovered from his person during the arrest. Garcia was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

5:40 p.m. – Stolen vehicle investigation in the 3700 block of Sierra.

MONDAY, JAN. 1

12:34 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Terminal and Townsend. A 24-year-old man was subsequently arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:57 p.m. – Investigation into a report of two skimmer devices at Wells Fargo ATM’s in the O’Brien’s Shopping Center.

10:02 p.m. – Deputies conducted a traffic stop for failing to stop at stop sign. A 54-year-old woman was subsequently arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
